Walter Payton (Jackson State) - one of the best running backs in NFL history
Jerry Rice (Mississippi Valley) - best WR ever
Doug Williams (Grambling) - Super Bowl winning QB
Joe Flacco (Delaware) - Super Bowl winning QB
Rich Gannon (Delaware) - started a Super Bowl @ QB
Phil Simms (Morehead State) - Super Bowl winning QB
Kurt Warner (Northern Iowa) - Super Bowl winning QB
Steve McNair (Alcorn State) - started a Super Bowl @ QB
Richard Dent (Tennessee State) - Super Bowl MVP

Other stars:

Terrell Owens (Chattanooga)
Ken O'Brien (UC Davis)
Cooper Kupp (Eastern Washington)
Antoine Bethea (Howard)
Tyreek Hill (West Alabama)
Tony Romo (Eastern Illinois)
Randy Moss (Marshall)
Steve Christie (William & Mary)
Darren Sharper (William & Mary)
Brian Westbrook (Villanova)
Kyle Juszczyk (Harvard)
Antoine Bethea (Howard)

And these are star players. I can think of many more serviceable NFL players who came out of FCS and DII over the years.
This clearly reinforces the how ludicrous it is to devalue "lesser" divisions in general and HBCUs in particular. Fully one third of those you listed as star players played at HBCUs.
