All the Ivy League needs to become relevant again is to diversify its OOC schedule.

It is characteristic of the unlearned that they are forever proposing something which is old, and because it has recently come to their own attention, supposing it to be new.

You don't give out trophies for losing. Trophies for sucking. That's a communist idea. You don't get a trophy for losing. You get a piece of pizza and you shut up. Trophies for losing? What the hell happened to us?

Opportunity is unattainable for most people because it is disguised as hard work!!

Talk about strong! "The Rock" could really launch 'em. Loved wearing the short sleeves with his pipes. RIP.

Probably fake? Neither MLB nor CBS has reported.

    Re: Famous Athlete's RIP Thread

Wow. I know that pneumonia is very serious for 'us' seniors. A lot of people shrug it off as just a serious cold but, especially if one had pneumonia before, the lungs became 'scarred' and more susceptible to contracting, again; with each subsequent infection worse than before. If over 60 get a pneumonia shot! RIP Rickey. He was one exciting player.

Ricky is the perfect example of a stud that had a smart mother and steered him away from football and into baseball..... if he had gone football would've been just another face in the crowd but he listened to Mama and now will go down in history as one of the best ever.
