Also, looking at the SLC recruiting classes there seem to be quite a bit of kids from Galveston Ball who went Div I. Interesting considering they were out of school for almost 2 months due to Ike, missed like 3 games and won only 1 district game if I remember correctly. Pretty amazing if you ask me.

We signed an offensive lineman from there (Geremy Wilson) whom we felt was FBS quality...no doubt the hurricane and the shortened season hindered their ability to be evaluated.
