Former Lehigh OC, Brisson, now on Wake Forest Staff

Learned that Scott Brisson, former Lehigh OC under the end of Coen's tenure and all of Gilmore's term, is now on the staff of Wake Forest as an offensive 'specialist'. So many jobs now on a college football staff, not sure what it entails. Sounds like someone up in the box crunching data for the OC. Brisson was not retained by Cahill when he took over the Mountain Hawks. He hooked up with Shippensburg University, a D-II school in 2023 as their OC. Interesting the sudden move to WFU and the fact that the HC is Dave Clawson, who was Lehigh's OC back in the 1990's. Dave went on to be the Fordham HC in late 90's to early "aughts", then moved on to Richmond and BGSU. When Clawson took over WFU he brought on Kevin Higgins, a former Lehigh HC from 1994-2004, to be Associate HC and the WFU program began its rise in competitiveness. I always find it interesting how the 'coaching networks' work their tentacles.
