Congrats to Coach Susan and his squad for clinching a winning season. Jumped out to a quick 14-0 lead and the defense did the rest.
1. Junior Tyler Smith had his second consecutive 200-yard outing. Ran for 204 yards and 2 TD's on 28 carries.
2. The defense - which leads the nation in takeaways - had five more, including an interception by Bryce Robertson who leads the nation in interceptions.
3. The team also leads the nation in turnover margin, and today had no turnovers to go with the five takeaways. BU is third in the nation in fewest turnovers, to go along with being first in takeaways - an incredible achievement.
4. Josh Eden blocked another FG. Eden is the best all-time kick blocker in FCS history.
5. The Bison entered the game 3rd in the nation in rushing defense and held Fordham to 51 yards in the game. May have moved up to 2nd.
6. Jeremiah Young returned to the field from an injury today and had 63 yards and a TD on 12 carries.
