http://www.nesn.com/2011/11/jerry-sandusky-rumored-to-have-been-pimping-out-young-boys-to-rich-donors-says-mark-madden.html
In April, Pittsburgh radio host Mark Madden wrote a story (http://www.timesonline.com/columnists/sports/mark_madden/madden-sandusky-a-state-secret/article_863d3c82-5e6f-11e0-9ae5-001a4bcf6878.html) revealing Penn State for much of the cover-up of Jerry Sandusky's alleged child rape that has been exposed in the past week. While it didn't raise many eyebrows back then, six months later it looks to be incredibly accurate.
On Thursday morning, just hours after legendary head coach Joe Paterno and university president Graham Spanier were fired by the school's board of trustees, Madden was asked on The Dennis and Callahan Show what he believes the next piece of news will be.
What he said was twice as shocking as anything that's been released thus far.
"I can give you a rumor and I can give you something I think might happen," Madden told John Dennis and Gerry Callahan. "I hear there's a rumor that there will be a more shocking development from the Second Mile Foundation -- and hold on to your stomachs, boys, this is gross, I will use the only language I can -- that Jerry Sandusky and Second Mile were pimping out young boys to rich donors. That was being investigated by two prominent columnists even as I speak."

Not to mention a story in the Austin Statesman yesterday or today that the Texas Attorney General is investigating if Sandusky sodomized a young boy(s) at the Alamo Bowl in 1999.

The PA grand jury report states that Sandusky abused one of the Second Mile kids that came down for the Alamo Bowl in 1999. This incident is already part of the case against him, so in essense he has already been charged with this in PA.
Also conspiracy theorists say that the guys he was pimping out kids to are among the most powerful and wealthy people in our society. There is no factual basis for these rumors at this point, but internet conspiracy guys are having a field day.

Sandusky is going to know how those little boys felt. I hear pedophiles are treated "very well" in prison......

He'll be in solitary confinement. They put a doctor away for life in Delaware for raping over 100 children, he's been in solitary confinement since the day of his arrest because they'd be sued if they ever allowed him into general population. Same will apply here, he's too high profile, so he'll spend every day he's in prison in solitary.

Another question I have is why it took so long for this report to be released. Attorney General's office was informed 3 years ago. Why the grand jury? There was an eyewitness. You don't need the grand jury process in PA for criminal charges to be brought. Was it a delay game by the Attorney General because 2010 was an election year and he was running for Governor, and charging Sandusky and all the fallout that we now see with Paterno, would not have been good if one wanted to be Governor. While many are rightfully questioning the delays by those at Penn State to report and follow up, I think the same questions need to be asked of the AG's office and Governor, who was the AG back then.

I was thinking the same thing when I heard they were 3 years into the process. There cant be that many people to interview. Hell, horribly, a number of the kids are not known! And someone was asking me when it was unsealed all of the sudden after his record breaking win?

Tom Corbett has some explaining to do.

Corbett made the rounds this Sunday, incidentally, taking credit for "launching the investigation" that got the guy, and proposing harsher laws against those types of crimes. I agree that I have questions about Corbett's handling of this, too, but as of right now he thinks of it as a positive, not a negative.

I'm under the impression that you find raping 100+ children to the point they nearly died humorous and that was your intent, to tell everyone how much you enjoy the thought of raping children. But no, they didn't live in lower Delaware when I was younger.

No, I do not find child rape funny. I have avoided reading the indictment on Sandusky because I don't want to even think about what that bastard did. I was merely asking if you were unfortunate enough to have that creep for a doctor since you lived in the same town as his children. I'm sorry if I gave you the wrong impression.
Anybody see Sandusky's interview on NBC? ESPN replayed some of it and it was very strange how he answered the questions. Gave me the creeps just listening to him.

He is a weird dude, and has that goofy grin on his face at all times. Strangest part was when Costas asked him if he is attracted to young boys. He repeated the question, and then first said that he enjoys being around young people before denying his attraction.
It is clear his defense will be that yes he was with these kids in these situations, but everything has been mis-interpreted. Maybe a plausible defense if one or two accounts surfaced, but how can one say that 8 incidents were just some sort of innocent "horsing around" blown out of proportion.

In that case I apologize. A very good friends daughter went there and although we have never heard anything from her or the police, there were several very young children in the videos that the police were never able to identify, so I have always worried since the case broke, hence my clearly being overly sensitive about it. My cousin was the prosecuting Deputy AG and that case was particularly disgusting to me. Again DG, my apologies.

No problems, comments on message boards are easily misunderstood, I've done it before myself.
When Sandusky took a roundabout way to say he wasn't sexually attracted to young boys, that really set off alarm bells. "Uh, well, I enjoy being around young men." Yuch. It isn't right to judge someone based on their accent, but his whiny voice made it even creepier.
Anybody know much about his personal life? Is he married? I've heard he adopted several kids, that really disgusted me.

He is married and has 6 adopted children. One of his kids works for the Clevend Browns, and another played for Penn State and is an assistant college coach at the D-II level. They have not released any statements according to my knowledge.

On the way home, the radio show I was listening to mentioned that Sandusky's lawyer was investigated when he was 39-years old for unlawful sexual contact with a 17-year old girl whom he later married and divorced. Keepin' it classy.
