The MVFC ranks No. 2 as a league in the Gridiron Power Index (GPI), with the top two spots (NDSU-1st, UNI-2nd), three in the Top 10 (Illinois State-9th), four in the Top 15 (Indiana State-15th), and five in the Top 25 (Youngstown State-22nd).
