The Illinois State football team moved up three more spots to No. 14 in the nation according to The Sports Network/Fathead.com FCS Top 25 Poll released Monday. The Redbirds also improved eight spots in the FCS Coaches Poll up to No. 16, after beating Western Illinois, 31-7, at Hancock Stadium Saturday.
