Senior tailback Mark Kachmer scored three touchdowns and ran for 192 yards, including a Brown and Yale Bowl record 95-yard run from scrimmage, the fourth longest run in Ivy League football history, to lead Brown to a 35-28 Ivy League win over Yale Saturday afternoon. The win, Brown’s sixth straight, gives the Bears a 7-1 overall record and keeps the Brown in second place in the Ivy League standings with a 4-1 league mark. Yale falls to 4-4 overall and 3-2 in the Ivy League.
