RICHMOND, Va. – University of New Hampshire linebacker Matt Evans (Hanover, Mass.) and kick return specialist Dontra Peters (Annapolis, Md.) have been recognized as the CAA Defensive Player of the Week and Special Teams Player of the Week, respectively, the league announced Monday.
