What is going on with this school?

The article says he lived in an off-campus apartment (actually across the street from USC). It seems that a lot of these bad incidents involving athletes involve those who live off-campus (or at least congregate off-campus). I wonder id scholarship athletes would do better living on campus?

In this particular case, this is likely going to be one of those he-said-she-said cases with-or without DNA evidence.
