When the Green Bay Packers were preparing to make him the 15th pick in the fifth round and the 148th overall selection in the National Football League Draft, Ingle Martin had golf on his mind.
"I was actually going to my in-laws to get a rain suit," said Martin. "I was going to play golf with my buddy and my wife. As soon as I got there (Furman University) Coach (Bobby) Lamb called and said he had just talked to the Packers head coach.
"Within 20 minutes I was drafted and it's all been crazy since then."
