The Texas State football team returns to Jim Wacker Field at Bobcat Stadium on Saturday night when the Bobcats play host to the Lamar Cardinals in a game that kicks off at 6:00 p.m. The Bobcats enter the game with a 4-2 record after winning a 21-14 decision at No. 15-ranked McNeese State on Louis Bonnette Field at Cowboy Stadium last Saturday night. Lamar enters the game with a 3-2 record and a 1-1 record against Southland Conference after falling 37-17 to Northwestern State last Saturday night in Beaumont.
