This is great news. I hate the Packers and his 27 interceptions will really help keep them down!

Big packer fan too and I sure hope they can avoid injuries this year. Realistically, their defense was much improved last year and should even be better this year. If they could just get some good OL play.......

Coaching made the D better last year, but Bates is gone, so it is all in the air. I agree on the O line, if they can even attempt to limit pressure on Favre so he doesn't have to run around so much they may actually move the ball.

I was hoping he would hang them up. Favre is in danger of becoming one of those great athletes who played too far past his prime. I hate to see a "once great" limp through a last couple years of a career - it tends to tarnish their legacy a bit.

I disagree. If he has healthy weapons(4 of his receivers and 4 of his running backs were hurt), I expect him to have a great year and make the pro bowl. The only NFC QB that's a lock is Hasselbeck. I'm still wondering how Vick made the pro bowl last year? This years three pro bowl QB's will be Hasslebeck, Brunnell and Favre.

As a die-hard Eagles fan, I concurr! The Birds play Green Bay this year, and with Favre running them into the ground, Eagles fans are assured of at least 1 win this year!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is this the smack board? Just kidding, I can take it, so who is McNabb going to throw the ball to just before KGB knocks him into another hernia?

Nice signing by the Pack, Charles Woodson for 7 years.

:hurray: :hurray: :hurray: Finally a free agent signing with playing experience in the NFL at a weak spot for the Pack:rotateh:

Woodson may be playing WR also. One of the reason's he chose GB over TB.

I didn't hear that, but if memory serves me, he did play some wide out at UM.

Who needs McNabb? They beat the Pack with McMahon as their starter last year. One of only 2 wins among 7 starts for him too!

The Pack's management clinched the deal by offering Brett his choice of a mahogany rocking chair or a gold-plated walker!:D

Well, after the beating he's gonna take this year, I'm sure he'll find good use for both the chair and walker!

How about this Scenario? Linehart or Young is available at #5, Oakland trades Green Bay Randy Moss and the #7 pick for Walker and the #5 pick. Green Bay selects Hawk at #7. :eyebrow:
