PHILADELPHIA – UNH senior quarterback Kevin Decker (Armonk, N.Y.) has been added to the 2011 Walter Payton Award Watch List for the most outstanding player in the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS). The announcement was made Tuesday by The Sports Network, which presents the award with sponsor Fathead.com.
