After a 218-yard, two-touchdown effort, Viking running back Cory McCaffrey leads the nation in rushing at 169.7 yards per game. McCaffrey, along with quarterback Connor Kavanaugh, lead a Viking running game that is averaging 312.8 yards per game and ranks third at the NCAA I FCS level. Portland State will need every yard from McCaffrey and Kavanaugh this Saturday as the Vikings face their biggest game in four years at home against fourth-ranked Montana State.
