Indiana State sophomore running back Shakir Bell has been named the Missouri Valley Football Conference Offensive Player Of The Week as announced today (Sept. 25) by the league office. Bell set a new school record for rushing yards in a game as ISU earned its first victory over Youngstown State in 12 tries at Memorial Stadium by the score of 37-35.
