This week's Missouri Valley Football Conference Players of the Week include RB Shakir Bell of Indiana State; CB Marcus Williams of North Dakota State; PK Jackson MacLachlan of Southern Illinois; and CB Mike Banks of Illinois State. Each was instrumental in his team's victories this past Saturday.
