Sorry NDSU fans but it looks as though Coach Miles is going to become a resident of the low country. Hope he knows how to surf. Wilmington got a good coach.

We are waiting for the news of whether Miles accepts the position. Seems the AD went against the search committee's recommendations. The search committee endorsed Benny Moss. If Miles accepts, I wish him the best, and thanks for the memories.

I thought Benny Moss would get it.

I've heard a few reports saying that Miles has declined the UNCW job to stay at NDSU. This is great news for NDSU!!!

That is great news for NDSU. Miles won't have to learn to surf after all.

Wonder if the Chicago St deal and the chances of NDSU landing a conference pretty soon increasing as of late, had anything to do with it...
Miles wants to take this team to the promised land and perhaps soon enough, with conference affiliation, he'll get that chance...

It's official, Miles is staying...
FARGO, N.D. -- North Dakota State University men's basketball coach Tim Miles says he is staying with the Bison.
Miles made the announcement Thursday afternoon at the Bison Sports Arena. NDSU athletic director Gene Taylor had confirmed Wednesday that Miles was offered the head coaching spot at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington.
Miles said there was no formal offer, but he refused to elaborate "out of respect" for Wilmington's job search.
