Tim Flanders rushed for 119 yards and a touchdown and Richard Sincere added 107 yards on the ground and two touchdowns to lead Sam Houston State to a 31-10 Southland Conference victory over No. 18/18 Central Arkansas Saturday at Elliott T. Bowers Stadium.
