Mountain Hawks dominated Holy Cross today on Senior Day at Ulrich Stadium. Now 3-2, Lehigh stays in the hunt for playoff spot. Last League game is next Friday at arch-rivial Lafayette.

#20 Colgate's in the playoffs with a 12-5 whooping of Lafayette. With Navy beating Army, if we win @ Bucknell (not easy to do!) we will clinch a share of the regular season title and the #1 seed!

Good job! AS the Arabs say, "any one who beats my enemy is a friend of mine":D
This will be interesting next week. We SHOULD beat Lafayette--but then, it's Lehigh-Lafayette, doesn't matter the sport.
You guys will have your work cut out at Bucknell. I would assume that is Army's 3rd loss, so right now it's Colgate at 4-1, Navy 4-1, Lehigh 3-2 and don't know how Bucknell did today...I guess top two seeds get home field. Still possible there could be a multi-way tie for first...

Army's second loss. Navy has a game in hand since we are a seven team league, so they are done at 5-1. Worst finish is tied for first with Colgate. Best is the outright title. Bucknell won OOC against Air Force on Friday. The standings look like this:
Navy 5-1
Colgate 4-1
Army 3-2
Lehigh 3-2
Bucknell 2-3
Lafayette 1-4
Holy Cross 0-5 (love that support for sports other than basketball!)
Colgate lost to Army but beat Lehigh, so a loss to the Bison puts us as the third seed (Army beats Holy Cross on this upcoming Saturday unless God herself intervenes). Lehigh has the tiebreaker over Army and Bucknell though, so a Lehigh win puts you in the playoffs. I think that means you're in no matter what?

Thanks for the information. Wasn't aware Navy was done. Yes, a win over the spotted pussies puts us in the playoffs as the likely 3rd seed. Army beats HC unless the earth opens and swallows the Black Knights. We beat Army. Even if you lose to Bucknell, you have the tie-breaker over us.
In reality, the teams were so close this year, I don't think seeding will matter much. I still think Navy is the 'team to beat' just based on their experience of 'having been there.'
