Nice little Q&A by Ed Thompson of ColtPower.com about Justin Huggard. Talks about why he chose VMI as his school of choice out of HS, the experience of a military institution and what it was like to be winless at VMI during his junior year. We'll just have to see where Huggard goes in the draft just around the corner...

A year ago, Justin Huggard was playing for a winless team that wouldn't quit at Virginia Military Institute. A few weeks ago, he was working out for pro scouts with the hopes of getting a shot to play in the NFL. Find out why the Eagles and other teams are interested in Justin Huggard.

The Colts and the Patriots sent scouts to Virginia Military Institute at the end of March, about a week after an Eagles scout had visited. And one of the players they were undoubtedly trying to learn more about was linebacker Justin Huggard. A first-team All-Big South selection his senior year, Huggard led the conference with 136 tackles, an average of 12.4 per game. He finished his career ranked second in tackles in Division I-AA.

Ed Thompson recently caught up with Justin and talked about football at VMI

I've seen Robert Mason fairly high on some Free Safety lists - not "draftable" because of his speed but definitely in the running for an Undrafted Free Agent offer. Although Vichael Fox and Zohn Burden are also mentioned by some, they're way down on some preliminary lists -- of course, a good showing in front of scouts could change that but we've heard nothing from these workouts and the VMI visit isn't even listed in the Pro Day workout schedules. Anyone?
