Richmond takes on VMI at Robins Stadium this Saturday night for the 87th time in the in-state rivalry. The all time series is currently in favor of UR by the slightest of margins, 41-40-5. I was wonderng what other teams have as long a history with a currently non conference team?

W&M has played VMI 88 times beginning in 1905, second only to the 120 times we played you beginning in 1898. Next on the list are Va Tech @ 52 times and Navy @ 42 times. Richmond is the only school we are currently in a conference with, although I believe we have been in a conference with all 4 schools at one time or another, as you have been with VMI.
