Five games dot the Sept. 17 schedule. Three league teams don’t play (NDSU, UNI, SIU), and three others (INS, MSU, WIU) play at FBS schools. Illinois State and Youngstown State open the MVFC schedule against one another in Youngstown, Ohio.
