DAVIDSON, N.C. – University of New Hampshire quarterback Kevin Decker (Armonk, N.Y.) was named the College Football Performance Awards (CFPA) Division I FCS National Performer of the Week and the Quarterback Performer of the Week on Monday. Wildcat wide receiver Joey Orlando (Bethlehem, Pa.) was recognized as the National Punt Returner Performer of the Week.
