There seems to be considerable confusion among some of us retired folks in my neighborhood. There was a time when we knew how to count. Now doubt has crept in where once we could easily count up to as high as 15 or 20 even if that meant taking off shoes and socks.
For reasons of protecting the identity of those in this state of confusion, I will resort only to first names.
