The 2011 season officially begins on Sunday as the Prairie View A&M Panthers battle Bethune-Cookman University in the 7th edition of the MEAC/SWAC Challenge at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Fla. The contest will be televised nationally by ESPN AT 11 a.m. CST.
