North Dakota State: Special Announcement Coming at Bison Block Party on Thursday

The Bison Block Party will be held in the parking lot of Scheels at 1551 45th Street South in Fargo from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, as NDSU athletics celebrates the start of the fall sports season.
