The USD Toreros (0-0) open up their 2011 campaign this coming Saturday, September 3rd, with a non-conference tilt against Azusa Pacific University (0-0). Kickoff is slated for 6:00 p.m. at Citrus Stadium (next door to Azusa Pacific University). This is the 44th meeting between the USD Toreros and Azusa Pacific Cougars, with the host Cougars owing a 22-21 advantage.
