The first week features lots of FBS-FCS matchups.

For this week, can you please select one game out of these and I'll create a specific game thread (fans of the FCS schools listed here, you are free to create your own game threads of these if I don't select your game)

Aside from my usual Ivy League threads (I won't start making them until mid-September), I also make specific FBS-FCS game threads (e.g. UMass-Michigan last year).

Picked Villanova-Temple sounds like a good match up. The others could be lopsided games. App. St. VT could be interesting but depends on which VT team shows up .

Alright, I'm giving in now... I think I will make 2 or 3 game threads, all FBS-FCS. Delaware-Navy should go first?

I picked W&M @ UVA. You have not only a strong chance for an "upset", but also former CAA Coach (UR Mike London) in his second year at the helm in Charlottesville. If you want a game that will be interesting to follow page by page of the thread, of the ones listed, I think this is it. Too much homerism in the voting, not that I am surprised.

I'll be in Annapolis on 9/3 so you know where my interest lies, but I think ASU v Tech in Week 1 is an absolutely crackerjack matchup...

Alright. I've created App-VaTech today, and tomorrow I'll do Montana-Tennessee. Can't wait for the season to start, even if for us, it's three weeks away...
