:eek: Shocked to see that Indiana's not interested. Looks like the job might be given to former Hoosier Randy Wittman

Some of the others on the Mizzou list are John Brady (LSU), Mike Anderson (UAB), Bob Huggins (former Cincinnati), Dana Altman (Creighton)

If I was Alford I wouldn't want the Mizzou gig. Didn't they have some violations not too long ago?

The only reason to go to Missouri is $$$$$$$$. Evidently, some of the Walton family (Wal-Mart) live in Columbia are are pretty handy with the checkbook for Mizzou sports. I think it would be somewhat of a lateral move, but Alford is not exactly loved in Iowa City. Still, he won the big 10 tourney. He is losing the heart and soul of his team, so that may be factor as well.
