The Eastern Washington University football team is providing plenty of reasons for fans to “watch” the defending NCAA Division I champions in action this coming season. Two of them are Eagle senior quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell and junior wide receiver Brandon Kaufman, who were named as two of the 20 players on the “Watch List” for the 2011 Walter Payton Award.
