Sometimes you hate to venture out on your own. In this case, however, Georgia Southern hardly will be gambling if it takes over its statewide radio network.
The Eagles are coming off one of their most satisfying football seasons after advancing to the semifinals of the Football Championship Subdivision playoffs. With most of the top players returning, GSU could make a run at a national championship.
