Two 20 loss seasons in a row and 4 scholarships for next year still not offered. This is the best news I've heard in the last 10 days.

Rumor is that JMU and UD will be trading coaches...the best of the worst, if you will. HA!

Those are some very good names for UD to pursue. Moore in particular is a great recruiter. UD has all of the pieces in place - great location to recruit in between Baltimore and Philly, good facilities, potential for a great fanbase. Just need that coach and a few winning seasons.

The only problem I see for UD is that they are always going to be a stepping-stone job, so they will be continually developing coaches unless they find that rare guy who wants to make it a career there, a la Phil Martelli.

Don't bust on Dean Keener. Things are going to get better because he's a good coach lacking players. But look at Juwann James, JMU's best player: only a freshman, recruited by Keener. Keener's recruiting isn't bad, and if he can continue to get more players near or at James' level of talent, JMU will be back in the mix in a year or two. I like Keener and fully believe he's the guy to get JMU back to the top.
