Seriously, this could open up an investigation at Oregon as a NCAA regulation states that no university employee nor an employee of the athletic department can show any preferential treatment towards a specific college athlete, including the use of an automobile. The person who rented the car as been traced to an employee of the university. Harris could not rent the car because his license had been suspended.
