The seedings for all ten weight classes will be issued tomorrow evening. 330 grapplers will be flocking to Oklahoma City this coming Wednesday with the Tourney starting Thursday a.m.
Lehigh is tied with Oklahoma with having the most wrestlers exceed their seeds in tournament outcomes. Mountain Hawks have a reputation for being 'over-achievers' and are currently projected based upon current poll rankings to be in a tight battle with Penn State, Nebraska, Michigan State,Northwestern and Missouri to get into the top ten. Over the past six years, Lehigh has averaged finishing 7th, with 5/6 finishes in the top ten and two in the top five.
