I'm sure this is a violation. Can someone shed some light on this?

I was surfing the web visiting various sports websites and i saw where they were saying Alcorn allowed Perry Turner of Copiah-Lincoln Community College who is a transfer that hasn't been cleared to practice. Isn't that a violation?

If he's enrolled at the school, I believe that's fine. If he's not, it's both a violation, and a huge liability risk.
