With the exception of the MEAC vs SWAC game on here, these are probably considered more FBS "cupcake" games than FCS games. Where's the FCS vs FCS televised games?

Chattanooga's opener at Nebraska will be carried by the Big 12 Network.

All games against Big 10 teams will be on the Big 10 Network...
Also, the Southland TV Network will announce its package at SLC Media Days - unless it leaks out before hand, which is possible. Presume the SHSU v SFA game is included in the bunch...

You can pretty much put Florida A&M vs. BCU and Southern vs. Grambling on there as well.

To answer the question about FCS vs. FCS games, those decisions generally come after the FBS schools decide on their schedules on the major networks. Generally, the CAA and Big Sky are generally the best at getting their TV schedules up in the next couple of months. Anything on the Fox channels generally come later in the game.
In the case of Lehigh and Lafayette, all the home games are on Service Electric 2 and in years past have been on the Fox College Sports networks. Lafayette's home games are on the LSN network (carried by a mosaic of different local carriers) and find their way, generally, on MASN and ESPN3. Additionally, usually a few road games are carried as well.
