Penguins Resume Practice; Work in Wet Weather at Stambaugh

The Youngstown State worked out for two hours on Monday afternoon at Stambaugh Stadium in its first practice since Saturday's scrimmage. YSU moved practice up one hour to avoid heavy rain that hit the area near the end of practice.
