One other note, the NCAA announced that the non-scholarship league, Pioneer League will not receive an at-large bid to the FCS playoffs, keeping the field at 10 AQ’s and 10 at-large bids.

That would probably depend on when the MEAC makes such a decision. If it's early enough, and the first Legacy Bowl were in 2011, then the final approval of an autobid could shift to the Pioneer League. If too late (and I assume there's some deadline in place), then the Pioneer would get the bid after resubmitting for 2012
