The Portland State football program has signed 20 student-athletes for the 2011 season. Five of the 20 were junior college early signees in December. Two of the signees is a grant-in-aid agreement signees. 11 of the signees are on the defensive side of the football and nine are on offense. There are 13 high school signees and seven transfers.
