The Portland State football program has signed 19 student-athletes for the 2011 season. Four of the 19 were junior college early signees in December. One of the signees is a grant-in-aid agreement signee. Nine of the signees are on the defensive side of the football and 10 are on offense. There are 13 high school signees and six transfers.
