HAMMOND – Southeastern Louisiana University football coach Mike Lucas announced Wednesday the signing of 28 student-athletes to a National Letter of Intent for the 2011 season. Among the list includes five players who signed with the Lions during the mid-year signing period and are currently enrolled in school.
