Susan Hodges, the wife of former UMass football coach and longtime administrator Mike Hodges, passed away at home on Monday, Jan. 31 at the age of 66. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, Feb. 4, at 10:00 am at the South Congregational Church, 1066 South East St., Amherst, MA. Calling hours at The Douglass Funeral Home, 87 No. Pleasant St., Amherst, will be Thursday evening from 5:00-8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Dakin Pioneer Valley Humane Society, 163 Montague Rd., Leverett, MA 01054. Obituary and Memorial Register at www.douglassfuneral.com.
