I would have it something like this:

1: Eastern Washignton (to me the defending champion should start the next year #1)
2. Delaware
3. Appalachian St.
4. Georgia Southern
5. North Dakota St.

I wouldn't give the defending champs a free pass to the #1 regardless of who it was. You have to look at who the team is losing. If Towson won the NC and loses every starter, why would you have Towson at #1 the next season?

I don't think EWU loses very much other than the RB and a LB. UD loses more than they do. GSU was young, there biggest lose is probably their DC.
