NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk State running back DeAngelo Branche (Norfolk, Va.) was named to the All-MEAC first team, while offensive linemen William Falakiseni (Tonga) and Kendall Noble (Rocky Mount, N.C.) and defensive lineman Josh Turner (Chesterfield, Va.) were named to the second team, the conference announced Friday.
