Matt Vautour of the Daily Hampshire Gazette has a tremendous feature profile on UMass alum, Amherst native and New York Jets player James Ihedigbo. Check it out.Ihedigbo is only in his fourth NFL season and on Sunday he'll play in his second AFC Championship game as he and the New York Jets will face the Pittsburgh Steelers at 6:30 p.m. But the 27-year-old defensive back needs only to look across the locker room to realize that opportunities like this aren't necessarily abundant.
