Senior quarterback Jeremy Moses has received the 2010 Elite Quarterback Award announced the College Football Performance Awards Thursday afternoon. The honor comes a week after Moses was named the 2010 Walter Payton Award winner, the FCS' version of the Heisman Trophy.
