The NY Giants announced that they signed QB Ryan Perrilloux of Jacksonville State, CB Joe Burnett of Central Florida, CB Cary Harris of USC, RB Martell Mallet of Arkansas-Pine Bluff, OL Ikechuku Ndukwe of Northwestern, DE Ayanga Okpokowuruk of Duke and WR Todd Watkins of BYU to reserve/future contracts on Thursday.
