Stephen F. Austin senior quarterback Jeremy Moses has been named the 2010 Walter Payton Award winner announced the Sports Network at the annual awards banquet in Frisco, Texas Thursday evening. A two-time All-American, Moses becomes the first Southland Conference player to receive the honor in the award's 24-year history.
